[問題]高雄威秀刷不過花旗現金回饋白金卡

前陣子剛辦花旗現金回饋白金卡，當初就是看重平日去威秀看電影可以打六折才辦的。 這禮拜第一次要用這張卡去看電影，結果連刷三台都不過，店員先問說是不是新辦的？ 我就說是，他就說新辦的卡常常感應不到，後來有個看起來是老鳥的就說他們這邊常常刷不過花旗現金回饋白金卡。 對方雖然說可以讓我用現金付，還是享有優惠，但當下已經沒心情看，就說沒關係。 回去打花旗客服對方態度卻不是很好，推說是高雄威秀的機台問題，說要幫我換卡。 但如果高雄威秀常常感應不到花旗現金回饋白金卡，我就算重換一張也沒什麼用吧？ 想請問有人一樣遇到這樣的事情嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.254.13.179 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Theater/M.1410611818.A.AF3.html
